    Hello,
i have WooCommerce and use the shipping and tax plugin. However when I activate jetpack I get a 500 internal server error and I have to go to myPHPthing.. to deactivate it.
So right now I can’t activate Jetpack and woocommerce is not calculating shipping and tax.
It’s the only plugin that is causing this error. All others are working fine.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @bitcolorine

A 500 error is generally due to an issue on your web server. Could you reach out to your host and ask them for server logs around the time that you tried to activate Jetpack? This should help us to pinpoint the issue.

Additionally, have you tried with just Jetpack, WooCommerce, and the Shipping and Tax plugin you referenced activated? If that works, the issue is coming from another plugin on your site. In that case, I would recommend that you activate plugins one at a time until you find the one responsible.

Let us know what you find out.

If you want it to remain private, you can also contact us via this contact form.
