The plugin was working great until I did updates. I have the newest version of wordpress and the newest version of the plugin.

The form loads, but when the user tries to submit, it either goes to a blank page and doesn’t save the post, or a 500 Internal Server Error displays.

The rest of the site works fine, it’s just this plugin.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.

    Hi there,

Its strange error and we haven’t recieved this issue from any other plugin user lately.

Can you please email us your site details and temporary wp-admin login details to [email protected] so that we can check whats wrong with the plugin in your site?

    Thanks.

    Hi! Thank you for replying!
Unfortunately, the site is an intranet site, so you’re not able to see it. Would it be helpful to send you the plugin files that are currently on the site? I’m not sure if they’d have the information you need, but maybe!

Kind of an update… I just did some checking and found that the images that are being attached to the post are being saved on the server. The post themselves definitely aren’t anywhere to be found and it still loading a blank page or displaying the error.

    Hi there,

Can you please check in our demo site by configuring the same settings that you currently have it in your intranet site and tell us if the error persists in our demo site too.

    Thanks.

No issues with using the same settings from my site on yours. I just tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin to no avail.

    Hi there,

Then we don’t have any reference for the error explained. So we will be only able to check the error and provide its solutions if you can put your site in some accessible server.

Please check by switching the theme and disabling other installed plugins too.And also please check the plugin with fresh wordpress installation too.

    Thanks.

Hmm. I’ll try your suggestions. Thank you for your help!

Any updates on this? I am running into the same issue. I cannot replicate it though. I am able to post while logged, but others who actually need to use it get an internal server error when they try to submit. I am running the latest WordPress (4.4) and version of this plugin. It’s a very minimal, memorial site and this is pretty much the only feature on it.
