500 internal server error after deleting plugins.php on winscp

I deleted the plugins.php file in the “wp-includes” folder when I just wanted to delete a single plugin, which I now know I should have done through the “wp-contents” folder. Now I’m getting a 500 internal server error on my website and the wp admin page. Is there any way to recover the deleted plugins.php file, or how would I go about re-uploading the file?
