  • Hi @shukify,

As the plugin is deleted from the cPanel and the issue is not yet resolved, the error you are getting might not be due to the miniOrange 2-factor authentication plugin.

However, we will investigate the issue in the miniOrange 2-factor authentication plugin and let you know if we have any updates for you.

Also, you can check with your hosting provider if the issue is occurred from its end.

    Best Regards,

Thanks for your help and for the direct support. I have contacted my hosting provider and they detected the issue. It seems that although it happened immediately after installation, the problem was in the htcaccess file which is not affected by the plugin. Thanks.

Let us know if you face any issues with the miniOrange 2-factor Authentication plugin.
