    if i uncheck if the media/file is used in the content, such as Posts, Pages (and other Post Types), Metadata, Widgets, etc.

    always getting doesnt matter if i set 3gb of ram. PHP Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 551550976) (tried to allocate 12288 bytes)

    always around 200 posts then the error 500 Internal Server Error shows up and says PHP Fatal error: Out of memory doesnt matter how many memory i set

    Hello,

    Media Cleaner doesn’t require much memory, and it doesn’t require more and more memory at every step. So I think something else is going on, and your server or WordPress install is losing memory quickly at every request.

    Can you list all the plugin you have installed here? Maybe you should try to disable some.

    i have also disabled all my plugins. and changed some advanced settings of the mediacleaner plugin to make it slower. i have deleted many POST TYPES (USED BY THIS INSTALL)

    Now i only have these.
    attachment (165217), custom_css (2), nav_menu_item (26), oembed_cache (1), page (10), post (3783), tdb_templates (33)

    when i deleted many of these. now it stays at 0 posts not to 200 posts processed anymore.

    I use Xampp and use localhost only so no public webpage.

    my apache gives this result:

    its the [gallery] shortcode. i deleted the shortcode in all posts and now it works

    Hello,

    I see why. Media Cleaner resolves all the shortcodes to find more information in them. The shortcodes are resolved by other plugins and WordPress itself, and depending on the page, it can be quite big.

    I have just added a new option to disable the shortcodes support. It will be released in the next version ?? If you need this immediately, let me know and I will release it earlier.

    i just changed to {[gallery]} i always can change it back to [gallery] so i think i am good for now, but thanks for your fast replys! and very nice plugin maybe i will buy pro in the future.
