• I just downloaded and installed the Pro version of this plugin and everything has been working great.

I have created an additional 20+ input fields (variety of text, textarea, and select). Some of these have if statements to appear if a certain option is selected.

I just created a checkbox field and went to save my changes to look at it on the site and received a 500 internal server error.

Am I overloading the plugin by creating these 20+ inputs?

Did the checkbox bug out the plugin?

I am unable to disable or remove any field.

I don’t want to have to restore to default settings if there is a known fix to this issue.

Any insight would be great. Thanks!

    Additional Information:

I uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin and built the Checkout page again.

Everything worked great and had no errors until I added a checkbox.

    I receive the following:
    “500 – Internal server error.
There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.”

Again, I am not able to edit, disable/enable, or remove any fields. Saving is an issue.

There has got to be a bug with the checkbox field.

    Hi,

    Thank you for reaching us,

If you are using the premium version, please create a ticket here so you can get quick support.

It seems this is an issue with the run-time configuration property max_input_vars value. Please try again after increasing its value.

    Thanks,

    Thank you, ThemeHigh.

I will increase that value when I get home and see if it was the issue.

Thanks for the link to the premium version.

It is memory related issue not plugin related, opened a ticket in our premium support, hence closing this thread.
