500 Internal Server Error

I had my WordPress site up and running then starting the configuration process for the BulletProof Security. I got half way into it and was applying all the settings that the tutorial video instructed and it kicked my out of my site and back to page cannot be displayed. Now I cannot login to my wordpress site and need to get this resolved asap as I have put in over 8 hours configuring my brand new site. Please help ASAP!

Common reasons for this error are:Incorrect file/directory permissions: Above 755.
In order files to be processed by the webserver, their permissions have to be equal or below 755. You can update file permissions with a FTP client or through cPanel’s File Manager.Incorrect Apache directives inside .htaccess file.
Make sure you have not specified unsupported directives inside the local .htaccess file. Such include PHP settings and Apache module settings.How can I correct this and take off the plugin or get it corrected? I heard this was one of the top notch plugins to have but its crashed my site. Needing help please asap.
