500 internal server error

Ok so heres what i have going on. I have hostgator hosting my domain and I have my domain redirected to an affiliate page. I originally wanted to have the blog pointed at a subdomain but it wouldnt let me do that so it sucessfully downloaded to my domain and i think there is an issue there. Any suggestions???
