I’m getting the below error when you go to https://www.limegeek.com or https://www.limegeek.com/wp-admin. I cant access anything. I tried disabling plugins manually but it doesn’t work. When i checked my error log, it shows “[13-Nov-2012 21:11:30] PHP Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/ivyas88/public_html/wp-content/plugins/tweet-fader/Tweet-Fader.php on line 109” So i deleted the files from my twitter fader folder and re installed them manually. Please let me know what I can do to bring the site up. I’ve content i cannot lose. Any suggestions?

FTP into your site (or use whatever file management application your host provides) & delete the wp-content/plugins/tweet-fader folder.

I deleted that folder. It’s still providing me with the same error!

Do you use any caching plugins on the site?

I disabled all the plugins manually by going to WP-content>and changing Plugins folder to Plugins.hold and the site still wouldn’t come up!

Hello so I deleted the whole WP from the site, and deleted the data base. I might have been using caching plugins but i’m not sure. But after deleting the wordpress, I still get the error for some reason. Is there any way i can fix it. It doesnt even let me re-install WP

I think it’s time for you to contact your hosts. Sounds like they’re running a web cache that isn’t refreshing.

Esmi, So every where I looked on the forms it said to change your .htaccess file or to htaccess.txt and add php.ini file. I couldn’t find .htaccess file. But the problem was that .htaccess file was hidden. So i deleted .htaccess file and boom the sit appeared. I was able to install wordpress. Any dot files on hostgator are hidden, the way to access or edit them is to Under files in your C-panel, when you go to your file manager section, you have to check “Show Hidden Files” and then hit “Go” Now you’ll be able to see all the hidden files including .htaccess
