500 internal server error

Hi, I am using WP 3.0 with the default theme from 2.9. I cannot acces dashboard or browse pages. Only home page appears on the browser and when I try to go to a page it gives me 500 Internal Server Error. Also I can acces admin login panel but when I log in I get the same error. Does anyone have a solution to this issue?
