500 Internal Error when editing theme

  • When I click on any of the templates, it redirects to another page which gives me this error:
    “HTTP – 500 Internal Server Error.
    The page you are attempting to load returned with an error”

    It also gives me this error when I click on any of the styles. I’ve been searching for a solution for hours and haven’t found anything ??

  • Unless you provide a link to your site, no one will be able to offer much in the way of specific help.

    I have been having the same problem. I have also been getting a Fatal Error: Maximum Time Exceeded… as well.

    This is very frustrating. I can’t even get onto wordpress to edit the site itself without getting the 500 error.

    Can someone please help!
