Not connecting

  • Plugin not connecting.
    What can I do?

    Thanks for posting the forum. I definitely understand the concern over receiving that error message. It actually sounds like you may be effected by the issue that’s mentioned here:

    We’ve gone ahead and escalated the issue to our plugin developers, as this issue seems to be effecting people that upgraded to WordPress 4.0. I’ll be posting a response once we’ve heard back, but in the mean time it may help to try temporarily using the embed code provided with each MailChimp list. Here’s an article from their KB with more information:
