500 internal Error

  • Hello
    i’m using WordPress 5.7 with Elementor, Jupiter X and WPML up-to-date.
    When i try to go on Admin > Appearance > Customize, i found a 500 internal Error blank page.

    And here is the log error :

    I’ve already contacted my web host provider… i’m waiting for an answer too…
    But because the error is only caused in that case, im not sure the reason is only about server…

    i’ve already re-created my htaccess file, as i can read advices on the net…
