500 internal error

Two days ago I uploaded one new theme and couple plug-ins to test out. Everything worked fine but I deleted the unnecessary plug-ins again, everything worked ok. The next morning I tried to turn on the maintenance mode but it wouldn’t let me and it would show me the 500 internal error message. Then I tried to remove previously installed theme but the theme settings page would also show the 500 error. All the other pages including the website itself were working perfectly. So I contacted my host but they couldn’t help me with the issue. To my amazement now I can’t even access the admin panel and I haven’t changed a single thing since contacting the host. I tried loading my backup file of the whole website from before two days ago but that didn’t help either.
