500 errors, Resource Usage, 404’s, chron

  • Super iThemes novice here but I am getting 500 server errors and resource overages. I’m trying to figure this out. It’s a tiny little website, tigermountainfoundation.org.

    My hosting company says my error log is full of iThemes errors.

    My iThemes logs show a bunch of 404s. I don’t know what iThemes doing.

    Plus, is this plugin hard to remove?
