500 Error with JetPack Shortcodes

I’m having 500 errors on three pages that have embedded audio Jetpack shortcodes.

As with renatorm’s seemingly identical problem, the following had no effect:

• de-activating others plugins
• changing the theme
• de-activating Jetpack shortcodes module
• re-installing to WordPress 3.7.1 did not fix it

The server error logs:

These pages are for a student project so timely help would be much appreciated.
