500 error whyle trying to access settings or add a form

The cURL error 7 is indicating, from what we can tell, that a curl request being made is not managing to connect to its intended place. Do you know if your website is behind any sort of firewall or block that would prevent some outside connections from being made?

Other than that, it’s difficult to say exactly what is causing the error, without having more access to the site and error logs with hopefully more detail.

Hello, Sorry for the delay with answer. Yes we do have the firewall. can you tell the ip that plugin needs to connect with? so i can add the ip to trasted list?
