500 error when sending chat messages

    Hi!
    I’m receiving a 500 error when attempting to send chat messages- this is from the error log. I’m pretty new to this so I’m not sure where to go from here. Any help would be hugely appreciated!

    I’m not seeing any such error on default WordPress. So there must be some conflict with another plugin or maybe the theme. Best advice would be to do a little troubleshooting to determine the source of the issue. I would be glad to provide a free guide if it will be useful for you.

    If You are using itheme security plugin disable/uncheck the (Disable PHP in Plugins) options
    Wp-admin menu > security > settings > Advanced > system tweaks > PHP Execution > Disable PHP in Plugins
