500 Error when I try to Update Pages

    After I install Hotel Lite, I can no longer update any pages (I get a 500 error) and my service page disappears. Once I uninstall the plug in, everything is back to normal. I am up to date with my WP updates and PHP is fine. I like the plug in, but I cannot use it with these issues.

    Sorry for the delayed response. 

    And sorry to hear that you faced such an issue. But I would like to inform you that we haven’t received any similar complaints from other customers. 

    So there must be something either on the side of your website or your server. In this case, I suggest you try disabling other plugins that you have and even try switching to one of the default WordPress themes if you haven’t tried that already just to make sure that there are no conflicts. 

    And if it wasn’t helpful, submit a ticket on our support platform so we can check everything out ourselves.
