500 Error When Attempting To Customize Theme

  • I just installed and activated the theme, when I click on the customize button(Or any of the customization options in the dropdown menu) for the theme, I immediately am taken to a page with the 500 internal server error, is this a common issue with this theme, is there anything I should try?
