500 Error on WooCommerce Settings!

Since updating to the new WooCommerce v.3.1.2, I have not been able to get into WooCommerce settings
It keeps giving me a 500 error
“This page isn’t working
https://www.ecoranger.co is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500”Also my checkout and cart pages aren’t working anymore

Thought I’d be able to solve these from the wc_settings … but it’s not workingAnyone have an idea what’s wrong?
