500 Error In Root Directory

    Hi all
    New to this plugin. Looks great. I’ve added 50 sites to the unlimited program and seem to have no problem with WordPress sites. I’m trying to protect a Formtools installation in the root of one of my WordPress accounts. I’ve unzipped the folder and attempted to run the index.php file as in the directions. I get a 500 Error when attempting this. I’ve checked the file/folder permissions; they look fine. This is on a dedicated server running PHP 7.3. I’ve tried changing the PHP version to 7.1 and 7.2 with no success.
    Any suggestions?
