    Hi there,

I am receiving a 500 server error in WP dashboard (frontend appears fine) when I activate your plugin. I can generally refresh the page and the relevant admin/dashboard page will appear – however if I try to edit a page with WPBakery, for example, that will never load.

My client is using Impreza theme – are there any known conflicts please?

    Thank you

    Hi @effectiveon,

Not that I’m aware. What PHP version are you using?
Can you check the error log to find any more info about the server crash?

    Thanks

    Hi @takanakui

Thanks for the swift response. It’s using php 7.0.33

I’ve checked with the host and they can’t see any specific errors but I may have to try them again with that.

Could it be a PHP setting perhaps? 500 error seems to be pretty much instant though, it’s not as if it’s waiting to load something…

    Thank you

Yes, it may be a specific PHP setting since there aren’t other reported issues.

First I would discard a plugin conflict if you can disable all plugins except Menu image and the WP Bakery just for a 1 minute or 2 and test if you can edit the page.

Also there should be something the error log files. Try to download the error.log file located usually in the root of the site.
