For some reason I am getting a 500 internal server error when I am trying to access our backups in WP Staging. My site is still up and my staging site can still be viewed as well, but I cannot see my staging sites or or back ups in the WP Staging tab for some reason.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @iwomack

Please try to activate WP_DEBUG mode on the site you have this issue on, following this guide, then share with us the debug.log file via this form and we will help you further from there.

Also, on the main plugin’s page, open the browser console and take a screenshot and share it via the form above as well.

    Thanks,
    Alaa

For some reason I could not upload the debug so I took a screenshot.

    Hi again,

As you can see the reason for this issue is a plugin you have under (/wp-content/mu-plugins/updateFix.php) file; try to rename it to “updateFix.php.bak” and test this issue.

And of course, report this issue to the author of this file, “updateFix.php”, I believe it could be related to the Elementor support team, but not sure.

    Thanks,
    Alaa

Interesting enough it was fine before. I deleted the file and made the necessary updates which fixed the issues. Thanks!
