500 error and site loading extremely slow

Have you checked your site’s error logs for details of these errors?

looks like it is a windows hosting account with godaddy and doesn’t seem that this supports error logging.. any suggestions to get an error log another way?

500 errors are server errors, and Windows servers can be problematic. Ask Godaddy for help to track down the problems.

okay, migrating to linux server and see if this will help resolve the issue… thank you for your help Esmi and Songdogtech for your help. I’ll followup once this is completed
