500 Error and 404 Error

My wordpress blog will not open. When I enter it’s url I get this:

“Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.”

I am not at all knowledgeable when it comes to technical aspects of programming, and have absolutely no idea what I need to do from here. I went onto CuteFTP and see that I still have all my blog folders on there, but I cannot even log in to my wordpress back end to figure out anything. It is like it isn’t even there. Any ideas of what may be happening?
