500 Error

    Hi Cduong,

    That is strange and obviously not what should be happening. Can you be a bit more specific on what error you’re seeing? Do you have access to your error logs? It would be of great help if we could know what the exact error message is.

    Sorry for the really brief first message. I was so busy and didn’t realize I was being so unhelpful.

    Error from our host:
    [14-Oct-2015 01:16:17 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Class ‘MC4WP_Usage_Tracking_Nag’ not found in /www/sites/www.paleoista.com/files/html/wp-content/plugins/mailchimp-for-wp/includes/admin/class-admin.php on line 36

    When I try to access the login, I get “the website encountered an error while retrieving https://www.paleoista.com/wp-admin/plugins.php?activate=true&plugin_status=all&paged=1&s=/ it may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.

    However, access to the site itself is all normal.

    May I request you to manually delete the plugin folder and to try installing it again. If even that does not solve, I would request you to email us at “support @ mc4wp.com”.
