On Friday I installed TerraClassifieds on our company intranet. It seems to work fine except that the logo is broken. I can see the logo in the media library but when I browse to it using the url (https://xxxxxxxxxx/wp-content/uploads/2021/05/KG.jpg) I get a 500 – Internal server error. I then enabled debugging and get the following:

Notice: Undefined index: price_large_size in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\classified\wp-content\plugins\terraclassifieds\inc\functions\base-functions.php on line 164

The error is repeated for price_desktop_size, price_tablet_size, and price_phone_size.

    Is there something I’m missing?

    `Hello,
    Thank you for the message.

I reported the problem with the ‘Undefined index’ message, which will be fixed in the next update of the plugin. But this message is not related to Error 500.
I’m afraid it is hard to say anything more detailed without access to the installation.
But the problem may be related to server configuration or permissions to directories.
The best way is to contact the server administrator and check more detailed server logs.
/wp-content/uploads is a default directory for uploaded files, so should work well.
Terraclassifieds plugin doesn’t modify this in any case.

Does uploading other files in media manager work fine?

    Have a nice day.

Hello. Thanks for the prompt response. It’s not an ideal setup… I’m running the site on a Windows server. I’m going to try and update the version of php and see if that solves the problem. It’s currently running on 7.2.14.

Haven’t resolved the 500 error but I have upgraded the PHP version. I’ll wait for the next update to fix the ‘Undefined index’ message.

    Many thanks,

    Rob

Thank you for the info. The ‘Undefined index’ issue is already on the “to do” list.
