500 error

  • hello,

    in my dashboard > tools > Import costs tool and bulk edit cost
    when i click on them i just get a 

    This page isn’t working
mysite.com  is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500

    i use flatsome latest woocommerce and wordpress
    any ideas why?

    Hello @birken ,
    Maybe it has something to do with the amount of items you’re trying to import.
    Do you have an idea of how many?

    hi,

    i have lots of products about 800 + variations = 7000

    both shows me 500 error also bulk edit cost does the bulk edit also import?

    Hi @birken ,
    So probably the problem is the amount of items.
    We are working on both pages trying to add the queries in background processing to avoid this issue.

    What would be more important for you now? Bulk edit costs or Import?
    The import is going to be ready soon

    t-shirt cost €5.00
    print cost € 1.00
    shipping cost 4.50
    paypal €3.50%
    paypal fee €0.30
    handling fee €0.50
    Facebook ads €10.00 a day

    Hi @birken ,
    As the bulk edit tool is more important for you and it’s not working properly for the time being, there is an alternative.

    Please try to follow these steps:
    1. Access your product listing page,
    2. Select the products you want
    3. Click on edit on the bulk edit actions
    4. Edit the cost on the cost field

    i cant see the cost field when i click edit on bulk? is it something i need to enable in your plugin to show the cost field?

    Yes, you’d need to enable Quick edit and Bulk edit options on COG settings, but they are only available on the pro version
