I am getting a 500 error when I activate the plugin. Is this a known issue, or is this something I should address to the site host? Thanks.

    Hi @rubengc,

Thank you for advising for this update, which I immediately installed from wordpress repository. Unfortunately the 500 error still persists. I have referred this to my hosting service, to check if the problem could be on the server side. I will inform you of any development. Thanks again.

    Hi @celito

Issue comes from WP Ticket that is redeclaring a shared library that GamiPress is using too

They need to add a check to meet other plugin has loading it first

I will report it to their support forum to let them know

    Hi,

I deactivated WPTicket. The 500 error disappeared and GamiPress was installed properly. I appreciate your advice if WPTicket responds. In the meantime I will keep it deactivated.

Thank you for resolving this quickly. Very much appreciated.

    Hello,
Please can you help me? I have the same error on my site when I click on the icons links they display a blank page. On developer tool I see the 500 error. I don’t have wp ticket installed.
    Thank you!

    Hi @abdouse79

    What icons are you referring?

A 500 error means an internal server error so the cause for each situation is completely different

Try to get more information about your error enabling the WordPress debug or install the WP Debug Bar plugin to check from where is coming your error

If you find something related with GamiPress, report it in a new topic

    Best regards

Thank you very much you helped me solved the issue. A piece of code I added in my theme. Sorry.
Thank you again for the wonderful job you have been doing.
