50% of my tickers no longer display

  • Should be displaying 4 stock tickers for the Teekay family of companies if you hover on ‘Investors’ or in the footer you can see only 2/4 stock tickers are showing.

    For some reason these 2 tickers stopped displaying a few days back, no one updated anything or changed anything:-

      Teekay Tankers Ltd. (TNK) -NYSE
      Teekay LNG Partners LP. (TGP) -NYSE

    Please advise, this is a live site issue and we need to resolve immediately.

    Hello max_gs,

    Sorry for the delay in response, one member of our team was on vacation.

    In regards do your issue, I am assuming this was on the website teekay.com. When I examine the menu ‘Investors’, I see 4 different stock symbols displayed using our custom stock widget. Screenshot – https://screencloud.net/v/iFN9

    I have just a few questions:

    1) Does the screenshot I provided show the stock widgets the same way that you see them displayed?
    If not, I would appreciate either a screenshot of what you see, or enough information about your browser & computer to reproduce the issue myself.

    2) If my provided screenshot does not display the stock widgets in the way that you desire, please provide more information as to how you would like them to display and I will see what I can do.

    And if I was just too late to respond and you have already managed to solve the issue internally, please let me know so that I can close this thread.

    Somehow it solved itself Jeff, no idea.

    Lucky for you because we were about to drop the plugin and swap it for another but mysteriously started showing all 4 again.

    Looking at how your site displays our widget horizontally, it may be the case that when some of the values in the table is longer than normal (+0.37 instead of +1, for example) the width of that entry may increase to the point where there is no room to display the other entries, and they are ‘bumped’ off the screen.

    If the issue comes back, a screenshot would help a lot in diagnosing the problem and producing a fix.
