5.0 not working on iphone4

  • Your plugin is great thanks, I have version 4.9.7 and it is working well, but when I updated to 5.0 it works on some devices but stopped working on an iphone4 that I have. I have gone back to 4.9.7 but any suggestions why that would happen? would be great to have latest update installed. thanks.

    thank you for your warning. Please may you describe better the error? The popup is not showing up? Is the opaque background working?

    Hi – the opaque background was showing, but not the pop up and when you scrolled down on the phone the background stopped and you could access the site, however the opaque background stayed at the top of every page. Hope that description helps.

    We are searching for a solution but is quete hard. The safari version of iPhone 4 is very old.

    Thanks for looking into it – for now version 4.9.7 is working so I will stick with that version.
