5 stars support !

  • This is what we call support! We were faced with an incompatibility between the plugin and the theme we use (Shopkeeper). Josh, Ray and their colleagues asked us to open an FTP access to inspect the files and quickly returned to us to tell us at first, that the problem was due to the theme, then, just a few days later, Ray came back to tell us that the latest plugin update fits the specifics of the theme and our site is quite functional.
