• I’ve used Jetpack for my wordpress backups for about 8 months. I have the lower level paid version. Everything rocked along good until I started getting periodic backup error messages saying JP could not reach the server. I went back and forth for a week between Bluehost and Jetpack. The problem was finally resolved (although I can’t say if it is temporary or permanent at this point. I will say my support experience with Jetpack was better than with Bluehost. Response time was faster and more helpful. 5 stars for the Happiness Engineers at JP.

  • I have worked with the Happiness Engineers numerous times over the years for a variety of issues and I have NEVER been disappointed in their support. My hosting service is Blue Host and they are pretty good when things are going well but customer support is not their strong suit. Almost always in these kinds of issues there is always finger pointing on whose fault it is and who should fix it. Jetpack takes ownership of the issue or explains why they can not take ownership. Either way they stay in the picture until your issue is resolved. Jetpack customer service is unmatched in my experience and this comes from an old IT guy, albeit mainframe with over 38 years of experience. Keep up that 5 star performance Happiness Engineers.
