5 star plugin and 5 star support!!

I have a BuddyPress site that will deal have forums and a social area so a report/block plugin is very necessary! I also have Youzer which causes a lot of styling issues. All I had to do was ask and I got quick and fantastic support! My issue was solved right away! I wish all plugins could have this kind of support, my site would be up and running much quicker!
