5 minute installation

  • When I try to open my site (that has been active for years) I get redirected to the 5 minute installation page stating that we need to install Word Press.
    Has anyone experienced this before?
    Anyone able to suggest how to fix this?

    That would suggest that WordPress hasn’t been installed yet.

    1. Check the wp-config.php file to make sure that the database details are correct, including the table prefix.

    2. Access your database via phpMyAdmin (usually available in your hosting provider’s control panel) to ensure that the database is not empty.
