    Hi,

    I’m a newbie here and hoping you can help me solve my concern.

    I already did my research for hours and I have failed to solve this. I also followed your trouble shooting guide, deleted some plug ins and tried to activate it back and etc.

    I always get an error in my facebook business manager. and also in the facebook pixel helper in google chrome. I already tried everything.

    Please also check the link / attached file for my concerns that is not working / error.

    I have also a question in the part of ” Pass Advanced Data ”
    what is the meaning and where can I find these?
    a.) Value
    b.) Content Name
    c.) Content ids —> this is the sku / id in the woomcommerce. Right?
    d.) Content Type
    e.) Num items
    f.) Custom parameters?

    Hi,

    firstly, I want to remind you that if you are using WooCommerce (and I see yes from the screen), the DPA events (AddToCart, ViewContent, Purchase, etc..) are automatically managed by Pixel Caffeine, because it supports WooCommerce and all e-commerce events.

    So, you should already have ViewContent event fired on the single product page, or AddToCart fired when you click on an add to cart button from the product list or single product page. And so on.

    So, most probably the errors you see on Facebook are caused by these custom events you created in Conversions tab of the plugin.

    After this explanation, I’d ask you to review the events you created and if they are created to add the normal DPA events, you could remove them because they are already fired by Pixel Caffeine, just make sure you have activated this part from the last box of General Settings of Pixel Caffeine.
