Yes, you can add more columns. After placing your table, just click the + plus icon add the toolbar above the table, and then select “New column before” or “New column after“. I added a screenshot below that you can check out.

Just keep in mind, that you will need to ensure the page where the table is going is wide enough to accept a 5 column table. Some pages are not set to add content to a full width and the table will be cramped because of this.
