5.9 RC 2 – Plugins: “Number of items per page” field too narrow

When logged into admin area:

1. Click Plugins
2. Click the “Screen Options” dropdown
3. Under “Pagination” where it says “Number of items per page:”, the field next to it is too narrow, cutting of most of the last digit. I can see the default value is 999, but the last 9 is mostly hidden by the up/down arrow selectors.
