    While trying to solve a problem with the delivery of mails from the website normally I use Post SMTP to solve the problem. This time I get this error when I try to send a test email;

    5.7.139 Authentication unsuccessful, the request did not meet the criteria to be authenticated successfully. Contact your administrator. [CWLP265CA0494.GBRP265.PROD.OUTLOOK.COM 2023-09-28T09:55:28.899Z 08DBBFE67FC6703C]

    I cannot figure out what is going wrong. Please help?

    Can you share the diagnostic report? For the diagnostic report

    Go to the Post SMTP dashboard. You will see the Diagnostic Test under the Troubleshooting Tab. Click here to view the complete guide on How to get a diagnostic report. Also, share the screenshots of the settings of Post SMTP.

    It seems like a configuration issue; You need to share the Post SMTP Settings > Account tab and Message tab screenshot so that I can review it and get back to you with a solution.

    Actually, it’s a setting or 365 Configuration issue, you can configure any other email account like Gmail and test it if it works fine then it’s an office 365 account configuration issue.
