• The update installed automatically overnight and at 7am I had customers saying that they could not order products. It appeared that Woocommerce could not display products.
Did a restore from yesterday and all was good.

Then re-installed the update and updated the database and it all crashed again.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

5.6 is a MAJOR update. By default, MAJOR updates do not install automatically without user intervention, unless you have altered this behaviour yourself (via plugin or configuration option in wp-config.php file).

Also, I use WordPress 5.6 with Woocomemrce 4.8.0 (the latest as of this writing), and I don’t have any issues.

Chances are your theme (Avada) or some other plugin is causing these issues. Are you running the latest versions of your theme and all plugins?

UPDATE: Your theme’s developer has just published a document Avada Compatibility Update For WordPress 5.6. in which they say: “You will need to update the theme to the latest version, Avada 7.1.2, to ensure compatibility [with WordPress 5.6]”. (You’re running 6.2.3 which is a couple of releases behind.)
