5.4.2 svn update themes not identified as updated

  • Hi
    Updated to 5.4.2 as usual using subversion.
    Core seems to have updated OK however themes and akismet are not marked/identified as updated.
    Files were updated for example the wordpress themes see below but 5.4.2 still thinks they need updated, any suggestions

    Update…
    Although the files appear to have been updated the style files appear to have the old version numbers, theme twentytwenty should be 1.4
    style.css:Version: 1.2
    style-rtl.css:Version: 1.2

    Update 2
    If I do a fresh checkout in a new folder this is at the top of the style.css

    Theme Name: Twenty Twenty
    Text Domain: twentytwenty
    Version: 1.2

    Looks like the themes and akismet were not updated to recent versions in the subversion repository, can someone confirm that?
