5.2.0 Spam message rejected

  • I have just started to get this error message for auto-reply messages in the last couple of days. I am using Ninja forms for this.

    I have Post SMTP on seven sites, but the issue seems to be on only three.

    The error message reads:

    You getting this message because an error detected while delivered your email.
    For the domain: https://—–
    The log to paste when you open a support issue:
    5.2.0 Spam message rejected

    Oddly, the failure message is coming from my webmaster@domain address.

    Any ideas on why this is happening?

    Can you paste the session transcript?
    You can see it in the plugin email log.

    If i didn’t miss something, everything looks great.

    Please contact your mail provider support and ask why it was rejected.

    I will delete the session transcript so the email addresses can’t be harvested.
