4th level child category not visible in category list page for admin panel

I am creating the 4th level sub-category. It is not visible on the category list page. But it is visible in the category select dropdown field.

The level first, levels second and level thrid sub-categories are visible correctly.

For example
Parent Level 1=> Daily News Paper Analysis
Sub-category level 2 -> English
Sub-category level 3 -> Subject
Sub-category level 4 -> Economics
