    Hello,

    We have a problem with the visibility of our items.

    Everything is visible to everyone. When we start searching the website it says: No results found.

    Example link:

    https://rrwheels.nl/shop/wheels/page/2/?=jr11

    We have tried your standard solutions but that does not help. We have also disabled all plugins, but unfortunately that does not work. Only when you disable your plugin does the link work.

    If we are logged in as Admin, the link will be visible with articles. If we are logged in as a wholesale user, the link does not work and we see: no results found.

    the problem only occurs with: searching the webshop.

    If we start searching from the main category, the filter will work. As soon as the customer is on page 2 and then clicks on an article and wants to go back to the filter, it says: no search results found.

    Any idea how to fix this?

    For clarity:

    – plugin have already been turned off to check where it is trying.
    This is really in your plugin
    – The solutions offered on your website are already implemented and not workable.
    – the problem is inside the premium version! on the moment we turn of the premium version the search fuction is working on our website. if its on and we copy the link from a search option the link say: no articels founded.

    On the moment the premium wholesale prices plugin is turned off because of this issue.
