470 Points – is there a list somewhere?

Hi CathWoord, thank you for your interesting question :). I myself had to do a count just to verify your total above. Although I did have my suspicions from the beginning before I started to count ?? Anyhow here is the total count.

I have created headers as per plugin menu structure.

Settings = 5
User Accounts = 20
User Login = 25
User Registration = 40
Database Security = 30
Filesystem Security = 40
Blacklist Manager = 15
Firewall = 135
Brute Force = 105
Spam Prevention = 30 + 5 more when BuddyPress is installed and activated.
Scanner = 20

Total = 470

On a related note it’s not actually possible to get a score of 470 is it? Because you can only have one or the other activated in the ‘rename login page’ settings. So if you chose Cookie Based Brute Force Prevention and had every other box ticked, the score would be 460.

I’m not going for the max score, by the way, but clients ask me about this quite often so I’m getting my facts straight.

Hi CathWood, yes you are correct. You would never achieve the max total of 470 score as you pointed out above. Also the majority of users never try to activate all the settings because of various reasons i.e. different servers with different settings, the different number of plugins one might have installed in their website, a theme with a particular design and or settings etc. I think you get the idea ??
