but if you have any specific questions, please feel free to ask.

Ideally you would perform the upgrade on a dev installation first, do you not have that option, even on a localhost?

Sadly, Olly, yes, I’ve been kicked out because one person that didn’t read my documentation didn’t like something that they didn’t understand, a couple other people couldn’t be bothered looking at the documentation or the code, and none of them could be bothered simply asking me what was happening.
