440 error when I click "Get Access Code"

Hello
When I click “Get Access Code” a new window opens with this error:

400. That’s an error.
Error: invalid_request
Missing required parameter: client_id
———————————-I got access codes before on my other sites with no issues.. But now this happens.
What to do?
