There is no link to make a new blog post

Where is your blog? It might be a problem with permalinks. It’s helpful for us to be able to see the site in question, to see what works (or not) from our end.

when they should go to
https://blog.gospel-and-culture.net/wp-login.php

Did you include the index.php part when you set up the Blog Options? That would also explain why the CSS doesn’t work.

oriecat nailed it. If you have “index.php” in your permalink options, try taking it out.

https://blog.gospel-and-culture.net/wp-login.php works. Try logging in there.
