    The clients MS365 seems to be connected properly, but any test emails fail with 423 Not Found in the Technical Information. Any ideas what could be causing that?

    Edit: Forgot to mention, they are using 2FA on the email system. Could that be the problem? Some way of making it work?

    Hello @wpcsphil,

    Apologies for the delay in getting back to you. Can you please check if you have used the same email as From Email that you have used to generate the API keys?

    If not, kindly use the same email; the issue might be related to the permission.
